Palak holds a Master’s in Rehabilitation Science from McGill University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Mumbai University. Palak has worked in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and orthopedic clinics, managing a broad range of sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions along with other health disorders. Additionally, her master’s experience enhanced her clinical practice by incorporating evidence-based techniques, optimizing client care.

Palak is certified in Functional Dry Needling and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques in the field. Her treatment methods include hands-on therapy, joint mobilization, exercise prescription, postural correction, soft tissue release, and more. She takes a holistic approach, addressing the root causes of issues and ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Palak has collaborated with healthcare teams at marathons and sports campaigns in India, gaining extensive experience managing sports injuries in high-intensity environments. Additionally, her volunteer work with various NGOs, including through the Rotaract Club of Caduceus, has strengthened her commitment to community health.

Effective communication is central to Palak’s practice. She takes the time to listen to her clients, educate them about their conditions, and collaborate on setting realistic recovery goals. Her mission is to empower clients to return to their activities of daily living (ADLs) and enhance their overall quality of life.

Outside of work, Palak enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, and exploring nature with friends. With eight years of training in Indian classical dance, she has a deep appreciation for movement, balance, and the body’s capabilities.
